Tres Leches Cake - or Pastel De Tres Leches which roughly translates to Three milk cake are very popular to the Latino communities. Tres Leches cake is usually a vanilla sponge cake make without butter which results to a light cake with many air bubbles. It can be perforated too so that it can soak more evaporated, condensed and whole milk and then topped with whipped cream.
